A Romanian Order Of Cultural Merit; 1St Class Knight certificate_of_authenticity Uncleaned and untouched daggerType I (Carol II 1931 1940): Silver gilt with light purple enamels, obverse centrepiece with the left facing bust of Carol II, reverse centrepiece inscribed "PRIN CULTURA LA LIBERTATE" (Through Culture Toward Liberty), 40. 8 mm x 61. 5 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, original triangular ribbon, replacement enamels, extremely fine.
