We look forward to a variety of offerings. Relax with a guided meditation and sound bath. Utilizing a variety of instruments: crystal bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, tongue drum, allow yourself to sink into the medicine during an hour long sound bath. Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing.
