Italy, RSI. A Rare Officer’s Honour Badge for German Trained Italian Units visually-hidden one with a broken pinbackInstituted July 15th, 1944. Constructed of gilded zink (Denoting Officer Grade), the obverse consisting of a set of crossed swords, overlaid by a central fasces and mobile swastika, topped by dual oak leaves, unmarked, missing its pinback, measuring 50. 2 mm (w) x 32. 9 mm (l), with the majority of its gilt finish remaining, in better than fine condition.
