Italia!! in capital letters and depicting four eagles vertically stacked with a woman flying within the clouds, the reverse inscribed 1945 XXIII and Aeronautica Repubblicana (Republican Air Force), with the makers mark G. Verginelli on the obverse, measuring 37. 6 mm,
