A Public Concern & Excellent Knowledge Medal, C.1877 Newly Listed including an 1891 edition ofA circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing three people in Grecian style robes, the woman on the left clutches a wreath in one hand and a torch raised in the other, the person on the right is helmeted and bears a spear and a leaf, one arm rested on a rectangular plaque with a coat of arms, the centre person has their arm over the right person, an owl by their feet, to the far left is a statue of a woman, under this is the inscription
