it strikes me as a wonderfully poetic representation of fall

at a recent estate sale

I also like the interplay between the form of the vase and the glaze on top of it, darkening along the horizontal striations where it puddled a bit. Super mid century feeling in its shape and palette ,this vase would look great just about anywhere. This vase is signed on the bottom with what might say "Hiller". It measures 3 3 4" x 4" in diameter; 1 1 4" across at opening. Great
