The Bullet Proof Designs KTM shifter is machined from 6061 aluminum (not cast) and the shifter spline area is inserted with 300 series stainless steel to eliminate spline stripping which is a common issue on KTM shift levers. The shifter tip is machined from 300 series stainless to complete the Bullet
