when one inverts the lid and looks from the other side the very same illustration now appears as "THE CLIENT" and shows an 18th century roughneck in a tricorne hat

although similar in appearance is in fact of French origin we suspect

The blanket is fully lined on the other side with what very much reminds company director Christian Cranmer of the bed blankets he was issued as an eight year old in Boarding School in 1950's England
