I think whoever made this one had a pretty terrific design sensibility

There is some unevenness to the surface coloration

then colored with water-based paints made of natural pigments on both sides

Early 20th century and reflecting a pretty strong Asian influence I think

Chic Woman in Pink Hat Hand-drawn Ink with Watercolor Postcard pretty dish I think whoever made thisIf I didn't know better, I might think this fabulous woman in pink pillbox hat with yellow pompom was Jackie Kennedy but the postcard, which appears to have been mailed from Vienna to Davos Platz in Switzerland in 1907, predates Jackie's look by nearly 60 years. I can't quite translate the text, but might guess that the drawing is a portrait of the recipient and the object of Raoul S's affection, and I do think he must have been quite pleased with it,
