These helmets, in near excellent condition, come complete with chin strap and have a helmet plate (badge) with the E. R. II cypher to center and Hertfordshire Constabulary in surrounding ribbon amid star burst and Royal Crown to top. The Rose Top model is the earliest of current models in use
