Having growing up in Pupillin, he set up his own domaine in 2018 with a combination of family plots and some vines he acquired from retiring farmers, making up 4 hectares on typical Jura terroir of Jurassic limestone and blue, grey marl. He's been organically farming the classic Jura varieties of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir as well as a rarer indigenous variety named 'red tailed melon' with
