The album was followed by the New Day EP, produced and recorded by Nick Tauber at Decca Studios and released in August of the same year. It was the band's first album with the original lineup of Phil Lynott (bas, vocal), Eric Bell (guitar) and Brian Downey (drums). This album was Thin Lizzy putting all they had into the music and taking risks. It's passionate, high energy
