Thin, light, moderately calcareous soils with limestone stones, east facing. Viticulture: Purchased fruit, organic (not certified). Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 18 months in used barrels, minimal added SO2. 1 btl limit.
