For each grommet added, a thick patch is sewn on before the grommet is punched through, delivering a heavier duty mount. The flag is made from Dupont Solar Max nylon with an aniline dye process that saturates color through the fabric, producing vivid colors on both sides that never crack or peel. UV resistance is built into the weave to minimize sun fading.
