Whole cluster pressing, native yeast fermentation, and levage in older barrels keep the wine firmly in a reductive, mineral first register. The 2023 shows taut citrus and white stone fruit, subtle florals, and a chalk saturated line that reflects the Kimmeridgian marl of the site.
